Tomatoes, Herbs & Spices

House made, our pizza sauce is light, fresh & delicious: Savory, a little spicy, not sweet. The tomatoes are peeled and ground with oregano, basil, garlic, and other herbs & spices to perfectly compliment the crispy crust and gooey mozzarella.

Fresh Mozzarella

It’s more expensive and more labor intesive, but wow can you tell the difference. Fresh mozzarella is sliced, not grated.
